Montage Gold Corp. is currently building the Koné Project which ranks as one of the largest gold projects in construction worldwide given its +300kozpa production profile and long mine life. Following the expansion of the executive leadership team in 2024, the Koné Project has witnessed rapid change with a number of key derisking milestones achieved.

Highly Experienced Management Team
Montage broadened its leadership team in early 2024 by appointing several highly experienced professionals who possess strong track records in discovering, developing, and operating gold mines across Africa. This includes expertise from notable companies such as Endeavour Mining, Lundin Gold, and Red Back Mining.
A High Quality Gold Project in Africa
The Koné project has an estimated 16-year mine life, sizeable annual production of +300koz of gold over the first 8 years and is expected to enter production in Q2-2027, based on the Updated Feasibility Study published in 2024 (the “UFS”) which only includes the Koné and Gbongogo deposits while several new deposits have been delineated in early 2025 and are currently being advanced.

Unlocking Exploration Value
Montage is on track to achieving its aggressive exploration target, set in Q3-2024, of discovering 1Moz of M&I Resources at a grade of more than 1 g/t Au, representing a 50% increase over the current grade of the Koné deposit, to be achieved before the commencement of production in Q2-2027. This would represent significant returns on the exploration investment and aligns with Montage's strategic objective of boosting production from the commencement of production while maintaining an annual production of at least 300koz for more than 10 years.
