Montage has a strategic partnership with Sanu Gold Corp. (“Sanu”) (CSE: SANU; OTCQB: SNGCF), who own and operate the Daina, Diguifara and Bantabaye exploration properties within the Siguiri Basin in Guinea, West Africa. Sanu currently holds a 75% interest in each of the three properties, which remain subject to earn-in agreements. Sanu retains the right to acquire up to 85% of each of the properties. The three properties are adjacent to established mining infrastructure and high-quality, multi-million ounce deposits and producing gold mines.

Aurum Resources

Montage holds an interest in Aurum Resources Ltd. (“Aurum”) (ASX:AUE), strengthening its position along the Boundiali greenstone belt. Aurum owns the Boundiali and Napié gold projects in Côte d’Ivoire. The Boundiali gold project is located immediately north of Montage’s Koné project.
